Right now, it's WINTER !
The ground is covered with frost, and sometimes it snows, leaving the earth in a freezing blanket of white. The temperture goes as low as 40° F and the high is 75° F. The trees are bare and look lifeless, and the water that is in the outskirts has frozen over. The fall was warm, but now the dogs of Vegas are facing a deadly enemy. The winter promises to be the most harsh that they have ever come across.
Season Change: March 14th, 10
BANS ! Loners. We need more pack members! Also Barg members are on temporary ban, because Barg has six members while the others have less.
Character of the Month . Earthen Quake .
A loyal member, one that logs in almost every day. We can all say that Quake has been a big help around Vegas. Her posts are wonderful to read and give me excitement every time she posts. Give it up for Earthen Quake, the new member of the month for November!

the creations. (1 sub-board) Before you go IC and start RPing, you must make a character profile. So please do come in and fill out the form, then wait for it to be accepted. (: Please only put your characters name and nothing else for the title, otherwise it won't be accepted.
staff board. Yup, completely confidential. This is where the co. admins and admins chat about things, whether WUIV related or not.

crwth. (4 sub-boards) The most despised pack in the land. They are evil like others, every kill is a trophy and the Crwth wolves hold no fear or guilt. Instead of killing out of amusement, they kill out of purpose, pride, and the will to believe you're bigger than others. It's like a killer, except this killer's one with a brain that plots and thinks before slaughtering the innocent.
barg. (6 sub-boards) Barg is probably the most ruthless pack you will ever come across. Blood thirsty and down right evil, they would stop at nothing for a victory and don't think twice when it comes down to slaughtering another kind that dares to go up against them. The members are only the toughest and the most malicious canines that ever walked in Vagas. Even if you are accepted, safety is not sured, you need to stand on your own here, members are quite sinister in their games, most don't mean to kill another Barg member, but games do get out of hand sometimes...
vril. (4 sub-boards) They are known for being troublemakers. They aren't evil, though. They live in a more deserted part of Vegas, a place where humans rarely go. Join this pack if you are a brave character, or if you just want an accepting home. Anyone can join.
quillion. (7 sub-boards) Although their name sounds kind of evil, this pack is very kind. They accept anyone and everyone. They live in the center of the woods, where they sleep in small caves made from rocks. They are known for their bravery. They are summoned to battle often, for the alpha here beleives that all should be treated equally and kindly, and helps all in trouble. They are mostly peaceful, but hard fighters when they are attacked in battle. Home is what this pack is called by most canines that cross into the lands, and they stay to be known as the bold, the brave, and the kind. They are Quillion, skills out-matched by no other.
merlotte's bar. Merlotte's bar is a famous bar that most humans go to. Sometimes they even get drunk, so be aware when you get too close to them. The bar is large. The owner likes dogs, and sometimes feeds them hamburger scraps at the end of the day.

the alley. Although it is Vegas, in between two tall building is an alley. Canines come here for some peace and quite, or to view it. It can become scary at night, and shadows of rats cast over the dogs that walk here.
the casino. This place is where canines come to get some good food. There is a lot of drunk people though. But the drunk people give canines delicious food. The humans can become a bit crazy, so watch out!

the roads. These roads are very over populated with humans and their cars, so dogs usually try to stay away. The cars are zooming past all day, so try not to go into the roads!

the center of vegas. This place is the very heart of Vegas, and the most popular. Dogs hang around this place in search of some food.
the restaurants. Although these restaurants are jammed tight, the canines hang out around them, and sometimes they get a scrap of meat. There are no trash cans, but kind humans may give them food.

the meadow. The meadow is in the outskirks, beyond Vegas. It looks a lot like the plain, only the meadow has longer grass. Usually everything here is peaceful.
the desert. The desert has very smooth sand. This place is horrible for hunting, and is very hot in the summertime. Very few rocks are here, but if you find one, it is good for falling asleep on.

the moors. The moors are long, wide hills. Little cover is here. Few bushes and trees are here. This is a good place for a canine who likes to run.
the cliff. The cliff is stripped with grass. The grass is always sleek with dew, making it easy to slip. At the bottom there is a large, fast-flowing river, and is sure to drown any dog that tries to swim.

the forest. The forest is thick and green, with lots of trees. It it hard to be seen from the outside. This place has very good protection from humans.

the dead forest. The dead forest is creepy all of the times. No birds or mice come here, but there are plenty of deer. Owls come here often to rest, along with slithering snakes. There is little cover, and the trees are small and twisted.
